- 90-day warranty on delivered code for bugs and defects
- Support for issues related to our development work
- Documentation and training as specified in project agreements
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement:

- For material breach of terms

- Payment for completed work is due upon termination
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings as appropriate.
